This position offers variety and flexibility, allowing physicians to support clinics during extended provider absences while practicing outpatient Family Medicine in a three or four-day workweek model across multiple locations.

Full-time | 0.75–1.0 FTE | St. Cloud and surrounding CentraCare clinics Day shifts | Weekdays | 3-4-day work week Assignments typically deployed for 8–12+ weeks Pay and Benefits:

Salary Range

$260,000 - $500,000 per year Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, or quality incentives

Requirements

Candidates must be Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine and eligible for Minnesota medical licensure. Previous experience in primary care and the ability to work across multiple clinic locations are required.
