Kilbarchan Residential Program is seeking a full-time Clinician to Join our Team!
Kilbarchan is a co-ed residential treatment facility located in Paterson, NJ bordering Elmwood Park.
It provides individual, group, and family therapy for adolescents aged 12-17.
This position is a combination of both clinical and case management.
Our Clinician will become a part of our multidisciplinary team (Clinicians, Case Managers, Psychiatrist, Nurse, Residential Counselors) that provide an array of therapeutic services to individuals in our care.
Small caseloads allow us to provide the highest quality of care and a commitment to the professional growth and clinical development of our team members.
This position reports to Program Director who can provide Board Approved Clinical Supervision, while the agency at large offers monthly clinical rounds, and training to enhance and broaden learning opportunities and professional development.
