About the role

The CNA will assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and medication administration while providing emotional support. They are also responsible for monitoring health vitals and maintaining a safe, clean environment in accordance with infection control protocols.

About the Role: CNA

As a CNA, you’ll play a key role in supporting the health, happiness, and daily experience of the residents at Village in Indianola.

As a CNA, you will

Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and passing medications.

Provide emotional support and companionship, fostering a positive and engaging environment.

Conduct routine health monitoring, such as checking vital signs and administering medications.

Facilitate resident participation in recreational and therapeutic activities.

Ensure a clean and safe environment by adhering to infection control protocols.

Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care.

Open Shifts Available

1st shift Full- Time, 12 hour shift
Rotating 8 hr weekend weekend shifts
PRN

Qualifications

Compassionate, dependable, and motivated to serve others
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
CNA certified Required
