Market context
In Texas, in-home caregiver roles are typically in steady demand as families and agencies look for support with daily living, companionship, and personal care. This role is competitive because employers often prioritize prior caregiving experience, CPR and first aid skills, and a compassionate approach; flexible scheduling, overtime pay, and growth potential can also make openings more attractive. If you are considering applying, confirm your certification status and highlight one year of caregiving experience, and note that the job requirements and benefits here are AI-summarized from the original posting to save research time.
