Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Social Worker, you will be a compassionate advocate, providing vital support and guidance to individuals and families facing complex challenges.Every day, you will conduct psychosocial assessments, develop care plans, provide counseling and crisis intervention, and connect clients to resources.

You'll advocate for clients and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic support and promote well-being.To be successful in this role, you will possess exceptional interpersonal skills, empathy, strong knowledge of community resources, and proven crisis management abilities, fostering positive change and client empowerment.

Assesses the psychosocial status of clients related to the client’s illness and environment and communicates findings to the registered nurse.

Carries out social evaluations and plans intervention based on evaluation findings.

Maintains clinical records on all clients referred to social work.

Provides information and referral services to clients and families/caregivers regarding environmental needs and Provides information to clients or families/caregivers and community agencies.

Markets and promotes the agency programs and events in the local community.

We are offering a $10,000 Sign-On Bonus to new hires who meet the eligibility requirements.

Job Requirements Required Bachelor's Degree in Social Work Licensed Social Worker: ND One year experience in healthcare Driver's License: ND Auto Insurance Basic Life Support - CPR Preferred Master's Degree in Social Work Master Social Worker: ND

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work and possess a valid North Dakota Social Worker license. One year of healthcare experience, a driver's license, and Basic Life Support (CPR) certification are also required.
