What You'll Do Collaborate with May Institute interdisciplinary team, including clinicians, therapists, and direct support staff creating personalized treatment plans for our individuals with intellectual disabilities.
Monitor individuals throughout the day, providing care for chronic and acute illnesses or injuries.
Skillfully administer medications, treatments, and interventions with precision and care, ensuring the safety and well-being of the individuals.
Forge relationships with external healthcare providers, including primary care physicians and specialists to ensure seamless, integrated care.
Use organizational skills to maintain meticulous records of progress and treatment interventions, ensuring healthcare records remain in compliance with state regulations.
