About the role

The therapist is responsible for conducting individual and group therapy sessions and performing comprehensive patient assessments. They also manage case coordination, discharge planning, and maintain clinical documentation in compliance with safety and security policies.

Responsibilities

We are pleased to announce the following available position: Ft outpatient licensed therapist

The Outpatient Licensed Therapist is a member of the multidisciplinary treatment team. Major job functions include: obtaining assessments; conducting individual/group therapy on assigned cases; completing documentation per policy and procedure; case coordination; coordinating discharge planning; assisting in developing and maintaining community resource information; performing marketing functions as assigned; assisting in the maintenance of the program environment in compliance with policies of safety and security; ensuring good clinical judgment to ensure optimum patient care; participating in continuing education activities.

Qualifications

  • Applicant must have a Masters degree from an accredited university in social work, mental health counseling, marriage and family therapy, psychology or related field.
  • Must be licensed as LCSW, LMHC, OR LMFT.
  • Must have 1-3 years of related work experience preferred.

Requirements

Applicants must hold a Master's degree in social work, mental health counseling, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or a related field. A valid license as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT is required, with 1-3 years of related work experience preferred.
