We are currently seeking a
LVN to: Must be able to work PRN $2 Shift differential for nights direct and coordinate activities of aides perform basic daily nursing functions issue proper medications meet the nursing needs of our residents in an efficient, economical, and caring manner- while maintaining high standards and quality care
Required
Education/Certification/Licensure: Graduation from an accredited vocational school of nursing and current Texas LVN license required.
Training and
Experience: Knowledgeable of human development, including the processes of aging, and of social and health problems confronting older persons. Models a service attitude toward others, takes ownership in solving problems and takes the initiative to make things better, is friendly and courteous to residents, families and coworkers. Models MRCs ICARE Values of Integrity, Compassion, Accountability, Respect and Excellence Communicate professionally, respectfully and tactfully in all situations.
Candidates must have graduated from an accredited vocational school of nursing and hold a current Texas LVN license. Knowledge of human development and the aging process is required, along with a commitment to ICARE values.
