Education and/or Experience A Bachelor/Associate Degree from an accredited Assistant school of Physical Therapy. 1 year of Physical Therapy Assistant experience in a home care or rehabilitation setting. Certifications, Licenses, and Registrations Active and unencumbered Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license in state(s) of employment required. Required within 30 days of hire - National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
