X-Ray Technologist

You perform high-quality diagnostic X-ray exams with correct technique and positioning, evaluate your own images for technical quality, and produce diagnostic-grade results that physicians count on—right the first time.
Mastery of standards and systems: You know your anatomy, protocols, and equipment. You are proficient in PACS, RIS, and EMR systems, apply ALARA radiation safety principles without being reminded, and maintain clean, complete, real-time documentation.
Agility and autonomy: You manage your own workflow, keep your room ready, and troubleshoot equipment issues without slowing the team down. You adapt to a high-volume schedule and prioritize tasks under minimal supervision.
