About the Role

Chatman Dental Care LLC is looking for a passionate and skilled General Dentist 3-4 days per week with a commitment of one Saturday (830am-245p) per month to join our growing practice in Locust Grove, GA. This is an exciting opportunity to deliver high-quality dental care in a welcoming, patient-focused environment where your expertise truly makes a difference.

Our compensation package offers a base daily rate draw or 32% commission on total net productions (whichever is higher).

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive dental exams, diagnoses, and treatment planning for patients of all ages Provide a full range of general dentistry services including fillings, extractions, crowns, and preventive care Deliver patient education on oral hygiene, treatment options, and post-procedure care Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and clinical documentation Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient experiences Stay current with the latest dental techniques, technologies, and continuing education requirements Uphold infection control, OSHA, and HIPAA compliance standards at all times

Requirements

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited institution Active Georgia dental license or eligibility to obtain one Experience in general dentistry; new graduates with strong clinical training are welcome to apply Proficiency in restorative, preventive, and basic oral surgery procedures Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centered approach Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented dental practice Current CPR/BLS certification About Us: Chatman Dental Care LLC is a trusted dental practice proudly serving the Locust Grove, GA community with compassionate, comprehensive oral health care.
