Market context

Inpatient navigation roles remain competitive

In Pennsylvania, Navigator roles in clinical inpatient settings are often competitive because employers look for candidates with direct hospital experience, reliable transportation, and the ability to work across care teams. An associate degree is preferred, but the strongest applicants usually show at least three years of inpatient experience and clear patient-support skills. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save time, then confirm your inpatient background and transportation details before applying.
