JOB SUMMARY Works under general supervision to provide support, treatment, measurement, and/or supplementation of patient's cardiopulmonary and circulatory function.

Required Education Bachelor's Degree in an allied health field, perfusion, or related scientific field, and graduate of an accredited Perfusion program Experience No prior experience required Licenses and Certifications Must be American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion Certified, or eligible for American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion certification. Must have Perfusion licensure by Texas Medical Board, or meet requirements to obtain licensure. (BLS) BASIC LIFE SUPPORT through course accredited by the American Heart Association (AHA) is required.
Security This position is security-sensitive and subject to Texas Education Code 51.215, which authorizes UT Southwestern to obtain criminal history record information.
