Market context

Speech therapy roles in Maryland stay competitive

Maryland employers often seek Speech Therapists for skilled nursing and outpatient rehab settings, where demand is shaped by ongoing needs in adult rehabilitation and communication care. These roles are competitive because they typically require a master’s degree, ASHA CCC, and state licensure or eligibility, while experience in SNF or outpatient rehab can strengthen an application. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to quickly compare fit, then confirm your licensure status and highlight relevant rehab experience before applying.
