About the role

The nurse will provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to clients in their home environment. Responsibilities include performing assessments, monitoring conditions, and documenting observations and interventions according to doctors' orders.

Requirements

Candidates must have graduated from an accredited nursing program and hold a current nursing license in good standing. The role requires the ability to provide hands-on care and build meaningful relationships with clients.
