About the role

The nurse will travel to client homes to perform assessments, monitor conditions, and execute doctors' orders. They are responsible for documenting observations and interventions while building professional relationships with clients.

Our Lehigh Valley Skilled Nursing Office and Lehighton Pediatrics Office is interested in a nurse who has a passion for care to join our Skilled Nursing team. We have several clients, both adults and pediatrics, that need in home care in Schuylkill County. We have openings for days, evenings, or overnights depending on the client. Requirements

Candidates must have graduated from an accredited nursing program and hold a current nursing license in good standing. The role requires the ability to provide hands-on care in a home setting.
