North Shore Health has immediate openings for full time and part time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) in our Skilled Nursing Facility. North Shore Health is a newly remodeled rural healthcare facility located in Grand Marais, MN. North Shore Health is seeking individuals with a passion for helping others as a member of a quality care giving team. The key roles and responsibilities of the Long Term Care Center’s CNA may include: under general supervision of a Charge Nurse, perform tasks related to resident care. Assists with resident’s personal care while helping residents maintain their dignity and the highest possible standard of living. Follow North Shore Health policies and accepted standards under the CNA certification to ensure the comfort and well-being of our residents. Applicants must be willing to work rotating shifts, holidays and every other weekend. Applicants must be CPR certified. Wage range is $20.57 to $27.76 per hour Full benefits package including PERA, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, PTO, 8 Paid Holidays, Flexible Spending Accounts, Long Term Disability and Educational Opportunities. Qualifications: MN Nurse's Aide Certification Additional Information
Applicants must hold a valid Minnesota Nurse's Aide Certification and be CPR certified. The role requires availability to work rotating shifts, holidays, and every other weekend.
