- Ensure
- Patient
- Safety: Review medication orders to catch and prevent drug-related issues, making sure patients receive the correct medication, dosage, and administration.
- Manage
- Pharmacy
- Operations: Supervise technicians to maintain an accurate and efficient workflow for preparing, storing, and dispensing medications.
- Control
- Costs: Recommend less expensive, but equally effective, formulary alternatives to help the hospital manage medication expenses.
- Educate and
- Inform: Serve as the go-to expert for drug information and provide education to both medical staff and patients, sometimes mentoring pharmacy students. What minimum qualifications you'll need
- Licensure /

- Registration: Licensed Pharmacist credentialed from the Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
Education
Bachelor's or advanced degree in Pharmacy required. What additional requirements you'll need 2+ years of experience in hospital pharmacy preferred A working knowledge of computers Excellent interpersonal skills, in-person and via phone
