Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will assist physical therapists in providing high-quality care to patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions. Key

Responsibilities:

Assist physical therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients.

Help patients with exercises and therapeutic activities to improve mobility and strength.

Monitor patient progress and report any changes to the supervising therapist.

Maintain a clean and organized treatment area and ensure all equipment is sanitized and in good working condition.

Educate patients and their families on exercises and home care techniques.

Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

Associate degree in Physical Therapy Assisting or a related field.
Current state licensure or certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
Basic knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic techniques.
