We are hiring for a PRN RN Field Assessor to join our passionate team in Grand Rapids, MI.
As a Registered Nurse Field Assessor (FA) you would be completing Long Term Care insurance assessments.
These hands-off assessments require you to obtain claimant demographics, physician information, a current medication list, and evaluate the claimant’s functional level of independence.
The assessment process also involves completing a brief cognitive screening and evaluating the claimant’s ability to complete ADL and IADL tasks.
The ideal candidate will be technologically savvy and be able to use a point of care web application/system on a laptop or tablet, in real time for documentation purposes.

Current and unrestricted RN licensure in the state of practice Current CPR certification Proven ability to function in any home situation regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition of the client Current driver’s license, vehicle insurance and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation
1+ years of RN experience Proven ability to work independently Proven good communication, writing, and organizational skills
Candidates must hold a current and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice and possess current CPR certification. A minimum of one year of RN experience is preferred, along with reliable transportation and proficiency in using mobile technology for documentation.
