• Summary: Provide occupational therapy services to our guests in an outpatient setting with strong emphasis on hand and upper extremity diagnoses. Provide initial evaluations, develop plan of care, provide ongoing treatment, revise treatment plan as needed, and discharge patient from skilled service. Provide supervision to COTAs and students. Fabricate custom orthotics and provide adaptive equipment to patients. Demonstrate and encourage team behavior and exceptional patient/guest experiences. Uphold and promote patient safety and quality.
• QualificationsEducation: Must be a graduate from an accredited school of occupational therapy and currently licensed in the state of Alabama.

Experience

• New graduate considered; experienced outpatient therapist preferred.
• Additional
• Skills/Abilities: Excellent oral and written communication skills required. Experience with web-based documentation systems a plus.
