What to expect.

This is an opportunity to support the mental health of your clients. You will be responsible for coordinating and providing comprehensive care and support for your clients.

Additional responsibilities include

  • Coordinating services for assigned clients, including psychiatric and medical care, housing, entitlements, etc.
  • Developing individualized service plans with clients based on their goals.
  • Providing ongoing and supportive assistance to clients.

The pay range for this position is $20.60 hourly minimum to $23.69 hourly maximum. Pay for this position is determined on a number of factors, including but not limited to, years and level of related experience.

  • What we need from you.
  • High school diploma with 3-5 years of experience or Bachelor’s degree in mental health related field.
  • A driver’s license with 3-points or less and access to an insured vehicle.
