Northrup and his team in their established, patient-focused practice in Covington, Washington.
This is a strong opportunity for a dentist who wants a busy family practice, a broad clinical mix, and a team that cares about creating a comfortable experience for patients.
We are looking for someone who can build trust, communicate clearly, diagnose confidently, and provide excellent dentistry in a supportive practice environment.
Schedule Full-time position 4–5 days per week Hours: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Every other Saturday What You’ll Do Provide high-quality general dentistry in a patient-centered setting Diagnose, treatment plan, and deliver comprehensive care Build trust with patients through clear communication and clinical confidence Partner with hygiene, dental assistants, and front office team members to create a smooth patient experience Support a positive, accountable, team-first culture Help patients understand their treatment options and move forward with care Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold professional standards The Dentist We’re Looking For DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school Active Washington dental license, or ability to obtain one Strong clinical judgment and commitment to quality care Confidence in bread-and-butter general dentistry Clear and compassionate patient communication Balanced diagnostic approach Team-first mindset Desire to build long-term patient relationships Comfort working in a busy, established practice Interest in a broad clinical scope Experience with extractions, endodontics, dentures, implant restorations, cosmetic dentistry, or clear aligners is a plus, but fit, communication, work ethic, and patient care matter most.
