Responsibilities

· Deliver peer support services to clients in home and community-based settings · Support adults experiencing severe and persistent mental illness or emotional disturbance · Promote hope, recovery, resiliency, and wellness outcomes · Utilize lived experience to support and encourage clients in recovery · Assist clients with community integration and resource connection · Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Electronic Health Record systems · Collaborate with treatment teams and community providers · Maintain required certifications and compliance with program standards · Travel throughout the community to meet with clients as needed · Participate in supervision, team meetings, and ongoing training opportunities Required Qualifications · High School Diploma or equivalent · Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and active insurance · Experience with Electronic Health Record systems · Active Family Support Certification; OR ability to meet minimum requirements to become certified in Family Support within 30 days of employment · Satisfactory results of Idaho Department of Health and Welfare Enhanced Fingerprinting and background checks · Strong interpersonal and communication skills · Ability to work independently and within a team environment Compensation & Benefits Full-time Employees: · Paid vacation days that increase with tenure · Separate sick leave that rolls over annually · Up to 10 paid holidays
