The Medical Records Clerk is responsible for maintaining and providing complete medical charts to clinic staff to ensure continuity of care. They must ensure that all medical information within the records is accurate, timely, and complete.
The medical record is the central coordinating link for providing continuity of care in the family practice clinic. The Medical Records Clerk will provide complete medical charts to all requesting staff. The clerk will ensure that accurate, timely and complete medical information is available within the medical record.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
