Duties & Responsibilities

Provide pediatric anesthesia services for general surgical, thoracic, complex orthopedic, and neurosurgical cases. Supervise CRNAs in a care team model when not practicing solo. Manage anesthesia for patients ranging from neonatal to adult. Perform insertion of arterial lines and manage acute volume/BP issues as needed. Comply with facility credentialing and fingerprinting requirements.

Requirements

Candidates must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatric Anesthesiology with an active Ohio medical license and DEA certification. Completion of a Pediatric Anesthesia fellowship is mandatory along with current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
