Provide specialized care to post-transplant patients with a variety of conditions including kidney, pancreas, and liver transplants.

Requirements

Requires a current Registered Nurse license in Wisconsin or a compact state and current CPR/BLS certification. Candidates must have at least six months of nursing experience or have completed a Nurse Residency Program.
