Requirements
Meets all state required regulations to practice in the dialysis setting. Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) required with a specialization in clinical practice Current License in the state of NY Minimum of 1 year of experience post licensure Demonstrated knowledge of government and private insurance programs Basic computer skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook as well as functional proficiency with DaVita specific applications within 60 days Monday through Friday 8AM to 4PM around 100 patients Now is your time to join Team DaVita. This position will be open for a minimum of three days. The Salary Range for the role is $80,000 - $125,000 per year. Social Worker Intermediate: $86,000 - $93,000 per year. If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.
