What You'll Do As A Direct Support Professional (DSP)
- Help individuals participate in community activities and social events
- Provide encouragement, mentorship, and meaningful companionship
- Support personal care needs, including dressing and grooming
- Transport clients to appointments, errands, and community outings
- Empower individuals to reach their goals and live as independently as possible
Pay & Schedule for Direct Support Professionals (DSP)
- Earn up to $18/hr
- Flexible part-time schedules

What We're Looking For in our Direct Support Professionals (DSP)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years of age
- One year of experience supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities preferred
- Reliable transportation and ability to drive clients to appointments and activities
