Pay & Benefits: $23–$28/hour, based on experience Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Mission Trip Opportunities Paid Time Off Ongoing training and career development Stocked snack & drink room Positive, team-oriented culture Opportunities for advancement within a growing organization What You'll Do: Assist the dentist chairside during a variety of general dental procedures Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments according to infection control protocols Take high-quality digital X-rays Fabricate temporary crowns and assist with restorative procedures Educate patients on treatment and post-operative care Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation Ensure treatment rooms remain organized and fully stocked Deliver an exceptional patient experience while working efficiently with the clinical team What You'll Need: Previous experience as a Dental Assistant (required) Current Washington State Dental Assistant Registration Current X-ray Certification Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and strong work ethic Passion for providing outstanding patient care Ability to work collaboratively with doctors and team members Why btyDENTAL WA Group?
