Prior experience working in group homes, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home health environments is highly preferred Knowledge of dementia care, Alzheimer's care, memory care, and neurodevelopmental disorders such as autism is advantageous Ability to perform patient monitoring, vital signs measurement, medication administration, and basic first aid including CPR Experience with manual handling techniques like heavy lifting and patient transfer methods is essential for safety Strong communication skills for effective client interaction and teamwork within a multidisciplinary care setting Familiarity with HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and privacy of resident information Valid certification in first aid and CPR; additional certifications related to hospice care or geriatrics are a plus Join us in making a positive impact by providing compassionate support that empowers individuals with disabilities or aging needs.
