Schedule This is a part-time caregiver position with a regular every-other-weekend schedule.
Available Shifts May Include 7
00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. 7:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
Additional PRN day, evening, and overnight shifts may also be available based on staffing needs. Applicants should be reliable, punctual, and able to commit consistently to the every-other-weekend schedule.
What You’ll Do Provide hands-on ADL and emotional support for residents living with dementia and other cognitive impairments.
Assist with toileting, repositioning, hygiene, continence care, mobility, transfers, showering, eating, and other activities of daily living Monitor and respond to changes in condition, behavior, comfort, gait, sleep patterns, or alertness Respond promptly, calmly, and reassuringly to resident needs Help prevent falls and reduce confusion or agitation Support residents with reassurance, redirection, companionship, and a calming presence Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment Communicate observations clearly to leadership, the nurse on duty, and the incoming shift Document care accurately and thoroughly Work collaboratively with nurses and caregivers as part of an integrated care team
