Array Behavioral Care is seeking a Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) licensed in Pennsylvania to provide high-quality teletherapy services in a fully remote setting, as a W2 employee with full support, stability, and benefits.

What You’ll Do Provide virtual therapy and counseling to individuals across diverse backgrounds Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans Maintain accurate, timely documentation Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care in a secure, remote setting What You’ll Need Active license (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) Independent practice eligibility (no provisional licenses) 1–3 years of post-licensure experience Tech-savvy and comfortable with virtual platforms A private, confidential workspace We recently published a Clinical Outcomes Report at Array that shows strong, sustained patient improvement across a wide range of acuity—including higher-acuity patients—all delivered virtually.
