The Registered Nurse will direct and coordinate comprehensive patient care across Med/Surg, ER, and OB departments. They will collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement nursing standards and ensure optimal patient outcomes.
To be eligible for the hiring bonus and relocation assistance, you must be an external candidate who has not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire and be hired into an eligible full-time or part-time benefited position. Relocation assistance also requires that you currently live more than 50 miles from the Melrose Hospital and move within 30 miles of it within 120 days of employment. CentraCare pay promotions to include but not limited to, hiring bonus and relocation assistance may be discontinued at any time due to business needs.

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited nursing school and hold a current Minnesota RN license. Required certifications include AHA BLS, ACLS, and the ability to obtain CALS and TNCC within nine months.
