About the role

The Program Therapist will conduct initial assessments and provide mental health counseling to individuals, groups, and families. They are also responsible for crisis intervention and coordinating treatment planning while maintaining strict compliance with hospital policies.

Responsibilities

Conducts initial assessments. Provide Mental health counseling to individuals, groups, and families Provides crisis intervention as needed. Assures maintenance of all case files and other records in strict compliance with policy and Joint Commission regulations. Coordinates treatment planning. Additional duties as required to successfully perform within the scope of this role. Effectively communicates with team.
