The Nurse Practitioner will provide in-person and virtual patient care, focusing on hormone therapy, medical weight loss, aesthetics, and longevity programs. They will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and manage personalized treatment plans for patients.
We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner to join our clinical team at our Greenwood Village club. You will see patients in person and virtually across hormone therapy, medical weight loss, peptides, longevity, and aesthetics — practicing with full physician collaboration and a team that wants you to expand your skill set rather than stay in one lane. DNP and MSN-prepared candidates are equally welcome. The role is paid hourly, so every hour you work is paid. Please read this before the requirements: you do not need to be an injector to apply. Aesthetic injecting is a nice-to-have, not a requirement. If you are licensed, practicing, and excited about this kind of medicine, we want to hear from you — we provide hands-on training for the rest. Several of our strongest providers came from primary care, urgent care, and hospital backgrounds with no aesthetics experience at all. What You'll Do You will be based in our Greenwood Village club, seeing patients in person and virtually. A provider on our team may: See patients in the club and virtually, with real time to build a relationship Prescribe and manage medical weight loss and metabolic health Manage hormone therapy for women and men, including pellet placement Run peptide, longevity, and cellular health programs Prescribe men's health, performance, and hair restoration therapies Order and interpret labs, and adjust treatment plans as patients progress Perform aesthetic injectables and regenerative treatments — training provided Collaborate with our esthetics, fitness, nutrition, and recovery teams on whole-person plans You will not be expected to do all of this on day one. We build your scope with you, at your pace.QualificationsWhat You Need Current Colorado APRN license with Nurse Practitioner designation, or license-eligible before your start date Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states — our virtual patients are nationwide, and we cover every cost National board certification (FNP, AGNP, AGACNP, ANP, WHNP, or equivalent), prescriptive authority, and active DEA registration or the ability to obtain one At least one year of clinical practice experience in any setting — primary care, urgent care, hospital, dermatology, or med spa all count Located in the Denver metro area or relocating, and able to commute to the club Comfortable practicing over video, and willing to learn procedural and injection-based care Strong communication skills, a patient-first approach, and current BLS certification Notice what is not on this list: aesthetic injecting, hormone therapy, weight loss, peptide, and device experience are all things we will teach you. Newer NPs working through provisional prescriptive authority are encouraged to apply — we have the mentorship in place to support your hours. Nice to Have (Not Required) Licensure in additional states, or willingness to obtain it — we cover the cost Prior telehealth or virtual-visit experience Experience with GLP-1 medical weight loss, hormone therapy, or peptides Aesthetic injecting experience (Botox, Dysport, Daxxify, dermal filler) Functional, integrative, or longevity medicine background Regenerative medicine, microneedling, or laser and light device experience Experience in a cash-pay, concierge, or membership-based practice Leadership, precepting, or mentoring experience
Candidates must hold a current Colorado APRN license with Nurse Practitioner designation and national board certification. At least one year of clinical practice experience is required, along with the ability to commute to the Greenwood Village location.
