Essential Responsibilities
Provide compassionate, person-centered care to residents in accordance with individual care plans.
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
Assist with transfers, ambulation, positioning, and maintaining resident safety.
Measure and record vital signs and promptly report changes in residents' conditions to licensed nursing staff.
Answer call lights promptly and respond to resident needs in a timely and respectful manner.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.
Promote residents' dignity, privacy, independence, comfort, and overall well-being.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and members of the healthcare team.
Follow infection-control procedures, facility policies, and applicable regulations.
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
Collaborate with licensed nursing staff and other team members to ensure high-quality resident care.
