Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professio
The QIDP develops and manages individual life plans, transition plans, and learning objectives while ensuring active treatment for assigned individuals. They also facilitate meetings, review progress data, and coordinate community opportunities to support the individuals' needs and interests.

The Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP) develops Individual Life Plans, Transition Plans, learning objectives, and training methodology.
This person will observe individuals, review data and progress, and revise programs based on individual needs.
Will also complete assessments for the Individual Life Plan, and ensure that any discrepancies or conflicts between all disciplines related to assessments or treatment plans are resolved.
This person serves as the chairperson for all meetings for individuals on assigned caseload.
The QIDP will ensure active treatment is ongoing, develop activity schedules, assist individuals in becoming gainfully employed off-campus, and obtain community opportunities for individuals to participate in that complement their Enrichment Center classes and interests.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in a human services field and possess at least one year of experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
