Sterilization Technician

Town Center Dental of LaGrange is seeking a motivated, dependable, and positive individual to join our team as a Sterilization Technician.

No prior dental experience is required.

We are willing to train the right candidate who is eager to learn, takes pride in their work, and enjoys being part of a team.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in a growing dental practice while learning the fundamentals of dental operations and infection control.

Schedule Full-Time Monday - Thursday: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Compensation $18-$22 per hour, based on experience What You'll Do Clean, sterilize, and organize dental instruments and equipment Monitor sterilization processes and maintain accurate records Stock treatment rooms and clinical areas Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment Assist the clinical team with instrument turnover between patients Follow OSHA, CDC, and infection control standards Support the team with various administrative and clinical support tasks as needed What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethic Dependable and punctual Eager to learn and grow within the dental field Strong attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented mindset Ability to lift and move supplies when needed Why Join Town Center Dental of LaGrange?
