Orthodontic Assistant

Previous orthodontic assisting experience required Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) or ability to meet applicable certification requirements Hands-on experience with bonding, debonds, wire changes/adjustments, RPEs, impressions/scans, X-rays, and Invisalign attachments Ability and willingness to travel between all four LYO locations Reliable transportation Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced practice Dependable, team-oriented, and focused on providing an excellent patient experience What You’ll Do Assist orthodontists during clinical procedures and treatments Perform orthodontic procedures within your permitted scope Take X-rays, photos, impressions, and/or digital scans Prepare patients for bonding, debonding, adjustments, and other appointments Educate patients on oral hygiene, appliances, aligners, and treatment instructions Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation Sterilize instruments and maintain clean, organized treatment areas Support the clinical team across LYO locations as scheduled Why Join LYO?
