From then on, every time a client case opens anywhere in Hawaii, our placement team works this pool before the case is posted publicly — so you hear about it first.
PAY IN HAWAII $30/hour billable $16/hour for non-billable time, which is training and required meetings — a small share of the week You know both numbers before you accept a case, and the RBT Leveling System raises your rate at every level.

Being in the pool means: You hear about a case days before it is advertised anywhere You get first refusal on cases that match your area and your availability You are matched on the schedule you already told us you can work When several people could take a case, pool members are contacted first New cases open every week.
HOW IT WORKS You apply once and tell us two things: your ZIP code and when you can work.
When a case opens that fits both, our placement team contacts you directly.
You are never applying blind to a posting that has already been filled — we come to you.
