We are hiring a Music Therapist for a Hospice position providing care to patients in their homes in the Ann Arbor area.
Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a hospice setting, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team dedicated to comfort, dignity, and quality of life
Provide compassionate music therapy services in accordance with hospice care plans to promote comfort, emotional support, relaxation, and overall quality of life for patients and families
Educate and support patients and caregivers through therapeutic music interventions, responding to emotional and comfort needs with professionalism, empathy, and flexibility throughout the end-of-life journey
Work independently but never alone
Travel to patient homes within assigned territory
