What You’ll Do Conduct patient evaluations and build individualized treatment plans. Provide hands-on therapy and meaningful patient education. Communicate consistently with patients, physicians, and care teams. Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes. Collaborate with clinicians and support staff to deliver exceptional care.
