Merrillville Family Dentistry is looking for an Associate Dentist to join our established, patient-focused practice. For more than 32 years, we have proudly served Merrillville, Crown Point, and the surrounding communities with high-quality dentistry delivered in a welcoming and comfortable environment.

This opportunity is ideal for a dentist who values clinical autonomy, strong practice support, and the ability to expand their skills and services.

A practice with room to grow

  • Join a well-established practice with opportunities to introduce and expand services such as:
  • Clear aligner therapy
  • Endodontics
  • Dental implants
  • Bone grafting
  • Surgical extractions

The practice currently provides a broad range of preventive, restorative, and cosmetic services, including crowns, bridges, dentures, veneers, implant restorations, tooth-colored fillings, periodontal therapy, and treatment for clenching and grinding.

You will also have access to modern dental technology, including a Primescan intraoral scanner, to support efficient workflows and an exceptional patient experience.

  • What you’ll do
  • Diagnose and treat a wide range of oral health conditions
  • Provide comprehensive general dentistry, including restorative care, root canal therapy, extractions, crowns, bridges, and dentures
  • Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and treatment options
  • Develop personalized treatment plans based on each patient’s needs
  • Maintain accurate, thorough, and timely clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to deliver a consistently positive patient experience

Qualifications

  • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
  • Active Indiana dental license or eligibility to obtain one
  • Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Interest in continued clinical growth and professional development
