Day (United States of America) Cardiovascular Sonographer - Interventional Cardiology This individual will perform adult and pediatric echocardiography procedures. Job responsibilities also include performing and analyzing cardiac ultrasound tests: TTE's (on pediatrics and adults) and adult Transesophageals on patients in all areas of the hospital. This position includes a rotation of call, weekends and holidays. Echo staff must respond to emergent/on-call studies within 45 minutes.
Two-year, Associate's degree in Cardiovascular Technology
Previous one year experience in non-invasive cardiac ultrasound techniques
American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) or CCI registered or eligible

Requirements

Requires an Associate's degree in Cardiovascular Technology and at least one year of experience in non-invasive cardiac ultrasound. Candidates must be ARDMS or CCI registered or eligible.
