Pharmacist

Job Details The Pharmacist assumes responsibility for the pharmacotherapy outcomes of patients through knowledge and skills coupled with innovative technology and the packaging and distribution of medications.
This is a full-time position with an expectation to work an average of 40 hours per week and be available outside of normal business hours to meet customer expectations on an ad-hoc basis. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed. Candidates must hold a degree from an ACPE-accredited pharmacy program and possess an active, good-standing pharmacy license. A minimum of 2 years of experience in pharmacy distribution and packaging, with exposure to chronic care or geriatrics, is required.
