Perform safe and effective patient handling and restraint. Support preventive care, vaccinations, and client education. Perform venipuncture, IV catheter placement, and sample collection. Assist with diagnostic testing, including radiographs and in-house laboratory work. Perform dental prophylaxis and obtain dental radiographs. Assist with anesthesia monitoring, surgical procedures, and postoperative recovery. Support emergency and surgical care as needed. Educate clients about medications, treatment plans, preventive care, and at-home care. Maintain accurate, concise patient records and documentation of client interactions. What You’ll Bring Current Veterinary Technician licensure. Previous professional veterinary technician experience. Knowledge of preventive care and vaccine protocols. Experience with anesthesia monitoring. Competency in emergency and surgical care, including IV catheter placement. Experience with radiographs, phlebotomy, sample collection, and in-house laboratory work. Professional and compassionate communication with clients and teammates. Strong attention to detail and accurate medical documentation skills. A collaborative, team-first mindset. A commitment to high-quality medicine and exceptional patient care.
