Range: $28.00 - $36.00 HourlyThe Center at Park West is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant for our skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. You will work with a dynamic therapy team providing sub-acute inpatient therapy to a variety of individuals with medical conditions including orthopedic, neurological, cardiopulmonary, and complex medical conditions. Our Center strives to provide top quality nursing and rehabilitation services to our patients and we are looking for a motivated PTA with these same goals to join our interdisciplinary team. What you’ll do: Work closely with the Physical Therapists to implement individualized treatment plans. Assist patients in achieving their mobility and functional goals. Document treatments and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team. Provide encouragement and support to patients and their families.
The Physical Therapist Assistant provides direct therapy services in physical therapy to patients upon physician referral and under the supervision of a Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in accordance with all applicate laws, regulations, and Center at Park West standards.
