Master’s degree in social sciences.

Current licensure in the State of Minnesota as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPCC) or Licensed Psychologist (LP).

Will consider those with junior licenses (LAMFT, LGSW, LPC) who can demonstrate readiness to sit for licensure exam within 3 months of hire.

Experience in intensive psychiatric healthcare settings preferred but not required; we provide extensive training as needed Stated desire to work with children, adolescents, adults (as applicable to role) and families Ability to maintain required malpractice insurance Ability to effectively, professionally, and efficiently communicate in written and verbal form Pay range for the independently licensed position is $80,000 to $101,000 annually and for the Associate level therapist it is $30 to $33 depending on education, licensure, and experience.
