Charles Campus Labor and Delivery Unit welcomes more than 1,500 new lives each year.

We are proud to offer care that is technologically advanced, yet highly personalized.

Our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit offers quality care for high-risk babies, including premature infants born at 32 weeks or later and babies born with low birth weight.

In addition, St.

Charles Campus specializes in “couplet care,” which sets it apart from traditional maternity nursing care.

Job Details

Our Delivery Room RNs

  • Assess, prioritize, continuously monitor, test, and manage overall care for patients who are in labor in order to provide an exceptional birthing and bonding experience for our patients and their families. Partner with an interdisciplinary team including, but not limited to, attending physicians, registered nurses (RN), and ancillary staff to optimize patient outcomes and satisfaction. Advocate for and build meaningful relationships with patients and their loved ones through safety intervention, coaching, emotional support and education.

Salary Range

Usd $54.97 - Usd $64.20 /Hr.

This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits. Requirements

Candidates must have a New York Registered Nurse license and 3-5 years of acute care experience, with at least 1 year in Labor and Delivery preferred. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing is required, along with BLS, ACLS, NRP, and EFM certifications.
